Deleting Sprig Account & Data
Thank you for using the Sprig Mobile Platform. At Sprig, we’re dedicated to providing a secure and enriching online community experience. If you are on this page, it likely means you are considering the deletion of your Sprig account. We understand that circumstances change, and we are here to assist you in this process. Deleting your account will remove your personal information and discontinue your access to our services. We’re sorry to see you go, and thank you for having been a part of the Sprig community. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience or if you have any feedback, please let us know.
Delete your Account through the Sprig Mobile Application:
Step 1: Navigate to your User Profile on the Sprig Mobile Application
Step 2: Click “Profile Settings”
Step 3: Click “Delete My Sprig Account”
Request to Delete your Account by Email:
Send an Email to support@masonicsprig.com using the following suggested template:
Subject: Request for Account Deletion
Dear Sprig Support Team,
I am writing to request the deletion of my Sprig account. Please confirm once my account has been successfully deleted and all associated data has been removed from your systems.

When a user chooses to delete their account on the Sprig Mobile Platform, all personal information associated with their profile, such as their name, phone number, and email address, is permanently removed from our systems. This process aligns with privacy best practices and is designed to ensure that users have complete control over their data.
Once an account deletion request is initiated, the actual removal of data from our servers is carried out promptly. However, it may take up to 30 days for all data to be completely erased from all backups and logs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This time frame allows us to securely overwrite or fully delete the user’s information while adhering to necessary data protection standards.
Although all personal user data is deleted, Group Events created by the user on the platform on behalf of other organizations may be retained by the platform. This ensures that the historical integrity of event timelines and information are maintained for other users, who may have interacted with or plan to participate in those events.
